The client had a specific requirement. Her home office needed to serve three different needs: a traditional desk space, a place for the TV and electronics and a platform to display a unique piece of art.

Since the home was traditional Spanish architecture, she wanted the style to be Spanish Revival with a Moorish influence.  This piece was made from solid mahogany, handcrafted in my New York studio. Then it was disassembled, shipped to San Jose, CA and reassembled on site.

The metal scroll work was crafted in North Carolina by StephenZMetalDesigns.  When completed it was a stunning piece of work, the intricate design, the beauty of the wood and the strength of the iron work makes this one of my most beautiful projects.
