A custom built heirloom-quality chest with an emotional touch.
The clients were looking for an heirloom-quality chest for the foot of their bed.
They wanted to be able to store their winter bedding as well as have an upholstered top to sit on when putting on their shoes. They were also big cat lovers, so I created a space in the bottom of the chest that would accommodate the ashes of their three kitties that had passed away. The clients were thrilled that their pets would always rest at the foot of their bed.
